I started off alternating Nailwear Pro+ in Golden Vision and Starry Sky, then panted Speed Dry+ in On Point Blue over top.

NOTD: Spring Neutral + Metallic

This is actually a mani I posted to my Instagram a few weeks ago, but am posting again here so I can test out the watermarking app I just downloaded.

ANYWAY, if you want to recreate this, I used Avon Nailwear Pro+ in Sweet Pea Dream as my base color. Then I used Nailwear Pro+ in Starry Sky on an angle from about mid nail down. I finished using nail art enamel in Black Drama to make a black line where the two other colors met.

NOTD: St. Patty's Day Polka Dots

I used Avon Nailwear Pro+ in French Tip White as my base. Went over that with Avon glitter nail polish in Sparkling Gold. Using Avon's double ended dotting tool, I made larger dots with Nailewear Pro+ in Midnight Green and Green Goddess, then put smaller dots in the middle of the bigger dots using Nailwear Pro+ in Jade and French Tip White.

NOTD: Spring Polka Dots

I used Avon Nailwear Pro+ in Orchid Splash, Make My Day, Forget Me Not Blue, and Avon Speed Dry+ in Swift Sherbet and Turquoise Pop. For the dots I used Avon Nailwear Pro+ in French Tip White, and the bigger end of Avon's dotting tool.

NOTD: Purple & Glitter Goodness

Avon Speed Dry+ in Presto Plum, glitter nail enamel in Sparkling Gold, and nail glitter in Brilliant Chrome.

Review: Montagne Jeunesse Chocolate Masque

This face mask was sent to me for free to test and review by Influenster in their Holiday VoxBox. The mask is a mud mask containing clay, dead sea salt, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, and shea butter. It claims to unblock pores, renew, and hydrate your skin and is supposed to be suitable for normal, dry, and t-zone skin.

First off, it took everything I had in me not to taste this stuff because it looks, smells, and feels just like milk chocolate frosting! It goes on really smooth. I was kind of worried that it would make my already oily skin a little greasy since it says it has cocoa and shea butters in it, but it didn't at all. It tightened my skin a little the way clay based masks usually do(good for oily skin) and it left my skin feeling fresh and clean and my pores looked a little tighter. Since it worked so well on my oily skin I'm not so sure it would be that great on drier skin types, the tightening action that goes on as the mask dries might be a little irritating to anyone who already has dry skin. All in all I think this was a great mask for my skin type and I would definitely purchase more of these in the future.

Pros:
There's enough product in each sachet for a couple of uses.
Smells amazing!
Relatively inexpensive
Wide variety of masks for all skin types and conditions
PETA approved for those that are animal rights conscious

Cons:
It's a UK based company, and I can't find anywhere that these are available in the U.S. except online through Amazon. Some sellers sell individual masks for a decent price and some only sell the masks by the case. I'm assuming these are going to be more readily available in the U.S. since they sent them to us to try out, but there is nothing on the Montagne Jeunesse website that says so, so I'm not really sure?

FOTD: Easy Matte Brown Eye + Pinky Nude Lip

On the face: Avon Ideal Flawless foundation in Light Beige, Avon Ideal Flawless concealer in Light/Medium, Avon Ideal Flawless loose powder in Translucent

On the eyes: Using the shades from the Avon True Color eyeshadow quad in Mocha Latte, I used the darkest matte brown shade from the lash line to just above the crease and along the lower lash line. then I used the medium matte taupe shade in the crease and blended it up toward the brow bone. I used the lightest shade in the quad to highlight the brow bones and the inner corners of my eyes. I used Avon Ultra Luxury eye liner in Black along my upper and lower lash lines, the smudged the liner with a clean smudge brush. I finished with a coat of Avon Super Shock Max mascara in Black.

On the cheeks: I used Avon Ideal Luminous blush in Antique Rose.

On the lips: I used Avon Ultra Color Rich lipstick in Pout.
