Food & Fit Diary: April 22, 2015

Breakfast: French toast, banana, and a latte





Lunch: Oatmeal, apple, and a latte



Snack: Sliced strawberries with a little sugar





Dinner: Chicken and dumplings, and a salad




Water: Only 3 cups today...pitiful...need to work on that...

Total calories for the day was 1,362. Not bad.

Workouts: rest day
